Software
IntelliTrack Stratus Software: Stratus Software is IntelliTrack’s premium line of software solutions that combines all of your inventory tracking needs into one cloud-based database that is accessible from anywhere, anytime. The line is comprised of five different modules that are specific to your inventory tracking needs: StratusInventory, StratusStockroom, StratusCheckOut, StratusAssets, and StratusISRP. The software database is managed, updated, and backed up by IntelliTrack professionals in a data center protected by state-of-the-art cybersecurity through their Software as a Service (SaaS) model. This allows for rapid deployment and expansion of the software and data throughout the organization and at multiple locations. The cloud service also provides built-in software and data support, remote access of the data through the Stratus mobile app (or on any device with an internet connection), immediate access to product updates and new features, and little to no upfront investment in computer and server hardware.
The Stratus line of software offers visibility of asset data, check-in, check-out, and many more aspects of inventory information. It also offers the capability to assign assets to a specific user to see where and when inventory is going out and being returned. You can fill out a search form that has fully-customizable autofill features to track assets, making locating inventory quicker and easier. The software supports multiple languages for foreign business locations or employees of different nationalities, and also offers real-time inventory alerts with the capability to place automatic stocking orders when inventory gets low. IntelliTrack offers flexible payment options, only requiring payment for features that customers need and billing is based on the number of concurrent users accessing the database, saving customers as much money as possible.
