Zebra engineered the new ZQ500 Series mobile printers to be compact and rugged, functioning despite extreme conditions. With the widest operating temperature range in the industry and the ability to withstand repeated drops to concrete up to 6.5’, these printers ar qualified by a third-party laboratory per MIL-SPEC 810g for drop and vibration.
Environmental hazards such as dirt, dust and water are no match for the ZQ500 Series. With an IP54 rating, the printers provide protection from limited dust ingress and water spray from any direction. When paired with the optional exoskeleton, the printer can withstand even harsher environments.
The ZQ500 Series features the latest WLAN connectivity options, including 802.11a/b/g/n that supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands—and even roaming within and across bands. Bluetooth Smart Ready 4.0 (Low Energy) models provide support for new uses such as wake on Bluetooth. ZQ500 Series printers also feature multiport radio enabling simultaneous 802.11a/b/g/n and Bluetooth operation to keep users updated and connected. “Made for iPod/iPhone/iPad” (MFi) – and Wi-Fi-Alliance certified, these printers support connectivity to a range of Apple, Android and Windows Mobile devices.
An intuitive user interface and easy to load media make the ZQ500 Series simple to operate—even when wearing gloves.
