Citizen Systems America is pleased to announce the introduction of CMP-20i and CMP-30i mobile printers with Apple iOS certification that enables Bluetooth connectivity with mobile iDevices – such as iPhones and iPads – commonly used in the work environment today to increase productivity.
The affordable CMP Series mobile printers now offer more connectivity, ease of use and productivity with the release of the iOS Bluetooth option.
“Before you can print, you need your system and software application working together to be able to connect via the application quickly and easily, something that is often not addressed by many manufacturers,” says Glenn Williams, director of marketing and product management for Citizen Systems America. “Although the handheld and printer are connected, your app has to be made print aware and functional. Citizen has worked to develop a functional app – Citizen AIR-Connect – that allows you to start printing on the CMP mobile printers with iOS, immediately. Citizen also has an SDK – a software development kit – which allows an app developer to integrate the CMP printers quickly and easily for custom applications.”
