BlueStar was pleased to attend the 2013 ISC West trade show and conference in Las Vegas, Nevada, April 10 -12. BlueStar’s Security Solutions division presented a number solutions from premier security manufacturers before the largest group of security professionals in the United States, hundreds of whom stopped by the BlueStar booth throughout the event.
“ISC West is the security industry’s top event for new solutions in the US,” said BlueStar Security Initiative Lead Mike Jones. “We were thrilled for the opportunity to showcase our newest product lines and bundled solutions to an audience of this size and caliber.”
BlueStar showcased a number of new security solutions, from traditional access control ID card security technology to the latest in integrated cross-vertical security solutions. Point-of-Sale and video surveillance integration solutions from HP and GeoVision proved popular with BlueStar booth attendees, as did RFID asset tracking and video surveillance integration from RF Ideas and LILIN, Elo and HP’s touch screen solutions, and wireless video monitoring solutions from Motorola and Advent.
“We had great support from our manufacturer partners to present these diverse solutions to a broad audience,” said Dean Reverman, BlueStar’s Global Marketing Manager. “We look forward to continuing to help our reseller and security integrator partners realize real business growth in the security market, whether they are experienced security technology resellers or looking to break into security solutions altogether.”
Each year, ISC West hosts more than 1,000 international and domestic security product manufacturer companies and over 23,000 security professionals in Las Vegas. The 2013 show saw a 10.2% increase in attendance from 2012, reflecting the overall growth across the security market over the last several years. The 2014 ISC West Exhibition is scheduled to take place April 2 through April 4, 2014 at the Sands Expo & Convention Center, Las Vegas.
